New Layout

I'm currently working on a new layout for my blog. I'm not changing the design, I'm happy with the way it is. I just want to use the space efficiently, so I decided to make the divisions wider. Also, scrollbars look way cooler. So etong nagawa ko so far, almost 3 hours ko pinaghirapan. So much for self-study HTML. Now, if someone could teach me how to align the whole page to the top, sayang yung space dun eh. The template looks fine offline, but once I publish it on Blogger, somehow the page moves down.
